Mission Statement:

Rock Young Adults’ mission is to reach, raise, release and reproduce other Young Adults for Jesus.

Reaching:

Rock Young Adults’ mission is to reach young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 in Southeast Michigan. This is accomplished primarily in three ways: Friday Night Invite Nights, Special Events, and Evangelism. It is our goal to see the number of young adults who walk away from their faith drastically reduce, and to have them experience the life transforming power of Jesus in their lives.

Raising:

Rock Young Adults’ mission is to raise up young adults here at Rock Church. We raise up our young adults through hosting Friday night small groups, discipling them one-on-one, and creating mentorship opportunities with other ministries at Rock Church. It’s our goal to raise up fully devoted young adults for Jesus Christ.

Releasing:

Rock Young Adults’ mission is to release every single young adult into ministry. We accomplish this mission by empowering young adults to lead in our group and in other ministries at Rock Church. It’s our goal to release young adults into ministry opportunities at Rock Church.

Reproducing:

Rock Young Adults’ mission is for young adults is to reproduce themselves as Christ-followers everywhere they go. This is accomplished with a multiplication mentality. We encourage every young adult to “find a Timothy,” and share what God has done in their lives by pouring themselves into others. It is our goal that young adults would never settle for being spectators, but would instead answer the call of Jesus and become disciple makers.
